Remote Desktop on Windows 7 gives runtime error

What happens is my user open remote desktop and remotes to a computer on our network. It connects just fine and then he gets the popup below. Remote desktop continues to work just fine unless he closes the popup then his remote desktop session crashes and he gets kicked out. I have never come a crossed this before. He has the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 and x64 for 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013 on the system. I have the same on mine but have know issues. Any help or ideas to look at would be greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try two things:

1. Run System File Checker:  Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run SFC /SCANNOW twice. Close out, shut down, start up and test.

2. If no, create a new, test Windows User Profile (User Account), log into the new User Account and test.

The resolution to this was to uncheck the printers under Local Resources on the remote desktop connection.
