I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you using IE or Edge?  IE 11 is installed in Windows 10.

What message are you getting when you try to access the site?

no message at all
just blank ...or nothing happen
Try clicking Refresh (the two arrows chasing each other at top right) when you get the blank.
Have you tried to access the site using another browser?  Or put the URL of the site into this app to see if it might not be working for any browser.
Windows 10 comes with both Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer, and the icons look very similar. You may need to actually find Internet Explorer from your search (start menu) and pin it to the taskbar, as it is a different browser than Edge. Once you can confirm you are using IE and not Edge, are you able to access the site?
