Can not View Expert Exchange Videos

Any suggestions on how to run Expert Exchange videos?  I am receiving a format not supported error message.

What browser and its version are you using? Have you tried another browser?

IE 10.  Trying Firefox now.

No success using Firefox.  Any other suggestions?

What OS and PC?
Right click on the video > click settings, a small window will pop up.
There should be a check box "enable hardware acceleration" check it, or un-check it if it was already checked.
See if that solves it.

Also in IE 10 try compatibility mode.
