We have an Exchange 2013 setup with a number of users accessing a shared mailbox. The users have full access to the mailbox, including "send as" rights.
Everything works fine except when an user performs a send operation from said mailbox. Although the mail is sent out with the correct FROM address the message is filed in the SENT ITEMS of the user, not the shared mailbox.
How can we achieve the desired behavior, ie. sent items being filed within the "correct" account ?
