windows 2008 r2 keeps restarting

I Have a server HP DL380 G7, that sundern it started restarting.

I checked in the event viewer and could not see any problem.

And also we dont have much time to see the event viewer as it is always restarting.

We change the disks from one server to another and it keeps having the same scenario. All the disks are fine(leds all green)

We think that it  might be a Windows issue.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is it a proper shutdown (Windows telling you about the shutdown etc, taking a few seconds showing the shutdown screen) or is it the same as pulling the power plug?

we managed to fix the issue as running an hotfix from Windows. Windows6.1-KB979444-x64
