I'm a big fan of WinDirStat for mapping out disk usage:
https://windirstat.info/
I second the WinDirStat, but the spacesniffer is cool too. And free:

what is your disk size?
can you backup / delete any data ?
or uninstall old / unused software?

run chkdsk on the drive -  it may fix problems - and give more free space

I see the pc telling me to run chkdsk and not allowing me to go further so I running it

Could it be something wrong with the HD??
that is most likely yes
i would run a diag on the drive - i use ubcd for that :
Hardware diagnostic CD    UBCD

go to the download page, scroll down to the mirror section, and  click on a mirror to start the download
Download the UBCD and make the cd   <<==on a WORKING PC, and boot the problem PC from it
Here 2 links, one to the general site, and a direct link to the download

since the downloaded file is an ISO file, eg ubcd527.iso - so you need to use an ISO burning tool
if you don't have that software, install cdburnerXP : http://cdburnerxp.se/

If you want also the Ram tested - run memtest86+ at least 1 full pass,  - you should have NO errors!

For disk Diagnostics run the disk diag for your disk brand (eg seagate diag for seagate drive)  from the HDD section -  long or advanced diag !  (runs at least for30 minutes)

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/                        ultimate boot cd
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html             download page

**  you can make a bootable cd - or bootable usb stick

for completeness -here's how i handle disk problems : https://www.experts-exchange.com/Storage/Hard_Drives/A_3000-The-bad-hard-disk-problem.html
https://www.evernote.com/shard/s38/res/f803f0d6-cade-4b3b-ad04-ab1811aaa436/Evernote%20Camera%20Roll%2020151014%20104220.jpg

i am running chkdsk over an hour now and this is what i see after one hour...

What to do???

leave it let it run????
i can't open your jpg - sorry
i always recommend to first run a diag on the drive - to ensure it works fine - then run chkdsk
Ok I am running a seagate test long

Run it 30 minutes or till it finish ???
Test results said everything pass on the hd

So what to do now
i would rerun  chkdsk /f now
so hear's what i did i basically swap the hd into another machine and used the other machine and not everything works for now

i dont understand how the hd works in one pc but not in the original pc it belongs to.......
