Cisco 1131 and 5508 controller

Can someone tell me if a cisco 1131 access point will work with a cisco 5508 wireless controller.

Yes it does work - we have them running - they have be to be running the correct image to work with the Controller

As Kaiser said, yes with the correct image.

8.0 is the last train in which the 1130 series AP is supported.  If you install 8.1 on the WLC the AP won't join.

Any APs joining a CA WLC need at least IOS version 15.2(2)JN support.
