Calendar Invites Outlook 2013

We have a user who received calendar invites with our organization but they do not appear in their inbox. They appear as tentative in the calendar and appear in their in box on their mobile device.

I checked there are no rules on the client and no set to auto accept calendar invites

If invites are from outside of our organization they are appear in the inbox. You can see the notification appear but the invite doesn't appear.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Sometimes Add-in for Outlook also created this type of issues. Disabled the Add-in and then check.

Hi,

Please check delegate access permission. If we grant permission on someone else then request send directly to delegates and original user will not receive notification in the inbox.

I removed the account from the mobile  device and sent a couple test invites and the behavior was still the same

The notification appeared and then left it as tentative on the calendar and was still not in the inbox

Resolved the issue by right clicking on the "Date" option in the inbox and went to arrange by and unchecked "show groups" and sent several test invites and they now were visible in the inbox
