Calendar Invites Outlook 2013
We have a user who received calendar invites with our organization but they do not appear in their inbox. They appear as tentative in the calendar and appear in their in box on their mobile device.
I checked there are no rules on the client and no set to auto accept calendar invites
If invites are from outside of our organization they are appear in the inbox. You can see the notification appear but the invite doesn't appear.

Did you checked if the calendar invites are in deleted items folder?

I will check add-ons and no they are not appearing in the deleted items.
Hi,
Please check delegate access permission. If we grant permission on someone else then request send directly to delegates and original user will not receive notification in the inbox.

Sometimes Add-in for Outlook also created this type of issues. Disabled the Add-in and then check.
