Create a portable version of a VB6 application

I have this VB6 application, and i would like to create a portable version, without the installation.

My compilation was done with Inno Setup.

Is it possible? If it is, what software would help me to create this portable app?

Thanks for your help

You would need a portable exe for that and there's really no such thing for VB6.

Most applications, and VB6 is no exception, will need to ensure that prerequisite files are on the target system. This is one of the main reasons that you need an installation process.
The Package and Deployment wizard will create an installation package for you that will include the essential extra files.
If your application is only an exe and does not contain COM/ActiveX components and the VB6 runtimes are already available on the system then copying over the application executable might be enough.
If additional components other than the runtimes and executable needs to be installed then you might have a look at Cameyo.
With this software you can create a portable version of your application.
It does not work with every application but you could give it a try.
