The shock wave player was not in the programs. We had Adobe Flash and Adobe Flash Active X. We removed both and went to Adobe only to discover Adobe Shock Wave Player which we downloaded. We have that now but we do not have Adobe Flash Player. Are they the same? The date of the two Flash programs was as recent as September 21, 2015 so they were not very old.

I'll download Flash but after trying some videos, etc. I did not notice anything that would tell me we did not have Flash.<br />
