I am in the process of cleaning up a wesbite. The code is sloppy so half of it is indenting and half is organizing pages to where you can more easily discern what is going on.<br />

Please view the rates page, the menu bar drops down to over half the page only on this page. I would debug this but unfortunately I am going to be stuck cleaning up some stuff and writing better PHP.<br />
