The Module DLL C:\Program Files\Multi-Factor Authentication Server\pfiisnm.dll failed to load. The data is the error.

Active Sync is down on our Exchange 2013 server but client based is working fine. This error comes up nearly ever second or so. We had Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication Server installed initially but didn't really like it so it was removed. Now this error is popping up.

How can I resolve?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
