The first image is the standard Google SERP.  The second image is a site where Google is able to understand the structure of the page and clearly detect a navigation menu.  This is called "sitelinks" and the only way to get it is to construct a page with a clearly defined navigation / content separation and also to have enough traffic that Google would consider it relevant to display it that way.  The former is pretty easy, the latter is completely out of your control.

I second what Jason said.  In fact, in Google Webmaster Tools it says exactly that.  Google will use a 'sitelinks' display if Google finds it appropriate and you can't ask for it.

And Please, in the future, only post the relevant part of the image.  It make it easier to read.

Sorry for the pictures.

So nothing could be done. Maybe if I adhere to Google Addwords they decide to change it.

Adwords won't affect it.  You need to make sure your code is correct/error free and clearly defines navigation from content.  That's all you can do.

After reflect, I told it because in the past my site was using addwords, thowsands of acesses... so I guess Google decided to configure it. The way I configured to robot don't changed significantly, I guess.
