Sharing Outlook contact between two Macs

I have a customer running Office 2016 on an Exchange 2010 hosted server.  One user want to share her contacts with another user.  I know how to share from Outlook on a PC to PC but never on a Mac and can't find concrete instructions online.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What we did was create a "shared" Microsoft Exchange mailbox and migrated all the contacts that want to be shared throughout the office.  We then added this "shared" account to everyone's Outlook profile.  This way when someone adds or makes a change to the shared contacts, it will be replicated to everyone else's Outlook.
