Office 365 mailboxes

I can't figure out if this is possible but is this possible? Is it possible to merge combine 2 different user mailboxes into 1 user mailbox? Is it possible to transfer an existing mailbox over to a new user who doesn't have a mailbox and make it his mailbox?

Thanks for the link. Right now we are exporting to PST files and then importing them back in and it's a slow and tedious processes.  I will try the search-mailbox cmdlet and see how that works. Does the search-cmdlet do everything within office 365?
Define everything? It can be used to search mailboxes for specific content, delete or copy it to another mailbox.

We want to retake the mailbox license back and reassign it to another person. So it will have to be a share mailbox or copy it to another mailbox. Will the Search-mailbox cmdlet move the folder/structure over or will it just the the content of the emails only?
It will copy the folder structure, but it will place everything under a new folder (it will not merge Inbox from the old mailbox with Inbox from the new one for example). So you might have to move the items later on.
