Word 2013 - Eliminate all yellow highlighting

I have a manuscript in which I have made numerous additions. I have highlighted them in yellow, to facilitate later review.

Is there a way to eliminate ALL of this highlighting with find-and-replace?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks for responding but your info did not come through.
You could always select all the text, and choose 'No color' from the highlighting dropdown on the Home tab

Thank you. Nice workaround, assuming of course there is no other highlighting I wish to retain. :)
