Recently I was forced to create an new I Cloud account because I was unable to access to old account😩😩. The problem is that now my new account does not show any of my contact information😳😳😳😁😁😁 😫😫😩😩😩😭😭😭! Its says back up was never ran; but under my old I Cloud account back was and been ran regularly😳😳😳? I don't think the two accounts merged??? How do I get my contacts and other vital information if there is no back?? I have tried running the back up on the new account but its taking forever and I sometime have to restart over and ovet again!!! I really need a solution !! My contact info id of vital importance!!!😳😳😳😁😁😁�

Thank you!! I called Apple support for another issue and inquired about my problem!! The tech was able to see my account and enable it !! She sent me a link to reset and in 24 hr my account will be active again!! She said as long as it showed actuve I was ok!😊👏👏👏💃💃Just a note only a supervisor can reactivate a deleted account😊!! Thanks you were right in suppling that link👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉Thanks
