Customize Header/Footer in Excel 2010

We have quite cuztomized headers and footers in our quality documents in Word and I'm trying to replicate the header/footer in Excel and wanted your opinion if this is:
a) achievable and
b) if 'yes', how and if 'no', what workaround/options do I have?

I have attached a Word file with the current header/footer.

Thank you for your help.

you probably need to redesign the "header" as part of the cells in Excel worksheet, and set the Print Titles after that.

here's the trick:

Repeat specific rows or columns on every printed page

Hi Ryan,

Sorry for my delay in responding to your solution.

Your solution works well for the header but it doesn't address the issue I have with the footer. I don't think there is a proper issue for the footer issue. I cannot replicate the exact same footer in order to use it as a template, with having to re-design it.

Thank you very much.

for the footer, you probably can use the Custom Footer tool available in Excel.

custom footer
But as you can see, it's quite limited compare to the options we have for the header. To have a "custom made" footer, we probably can create the artwork and then saved as a picture, and then upload accordingly, IF we can't customize the footer as what we can for the header.

I have come to terms with Excel's limitations with header and footer. This will include re-design of header and footer.

for the following reason:

The solution is to keep using the basic and limited header and footer options of Excel and have to redesign my header/footer instead. In other words, I cannot use complex header/footer in Excel. I was hoping for a more whiz-bang solution.
