Moving httpd.conf from one server to another

I just move my httpd.conf to a new server and am getting the following errors:

Syntax error on line 171 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_file_cache.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_file_cache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Syntax error on line 172 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_mem_cache.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_mem_cache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Syntax error on line 181 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/httpd/modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/lib64/httpd/modules/libphp5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Should I move these files from the old server?  Comment them out?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Either will do.  Commenting them out lets you get the server running without them.  Then you can add them with any method you need.  Are the versions of Apache the same?
