Potential new clients ( proofreading)

 I am putting together an intro email to send to potential new clients. I will be sending this email is response to their post when they are looking for tech support for their home computer problem. Please, help me to embellish my intro email. my email should be generate, trust, and curiosity enough to have them no hesitation in calling me right away...THANK YOU!

 I am an IT Specialist who has been working in the IT field for more than 12 years, and I have acquired strong technical knowledge and experience combined with great customer service skills.  I would be more than happy to help you resolve your technical problems.

 I have recently  been helping families with computers problems in your neighbors. I have been helping: Pat & Joseph X, Sharon X, Gary X, Carlos & Alyssa X ect....and in case you would like some references I will be providing their phone numbers.

I'd also think about getting a website, it doesn't have to cost much, but I know if I was paying someone to fix my computer i'd be looking at their website first. Also put your testimonials on there, make them big.
