Outlook set auto reply message for external senders only

Dear Sir,

We are currently MS Exchange Server 2013. One of the shared mailbox want to set an auto reply email for external senders only.

From the OWA, we leave the auto reply message for internal users blank but it didn't work.

Any suggestion for me? Thanks  a lot.

You can turn on or modify automatic replies.

1- open the outlook

2- go to file select the info button

3- choose Automatic Replies

4- check the send Automatic Replies option

5-  there will be two option Inside My organization and outside My Organization

6- select outside My Organization and check the Auto- Reply to People out side my organization then type your Auto replies Message .

for Outlook web access please follow up the below steps.

1. Sign in to OWA http://.................../.
2. Click the Gear icon and set Automatic replies.
3. Check send automatic replies and set automatic reply messages to senders outside my organization.
4. Type in the automatic reply content.
