Unable to add ESX host to vCenter 6.0

Hi All,

When i am trying to add the ESX host 6.0 to vSphere 6.0 . I am getting the below error, Please suggest me the solution to fix the issue.

A general system error occurred: Unable to get signed certificate for host: cldesx04.win.wld.com. Error: Failed to connect to the remote host, reason = rpc_s_connection_closed (0x16c9a036). (382312502).

By any chance was the host manage by vcenter previously and if so did the IP change? If not have you tried to recreate the SSL certificate?
