apache on windows server

what is the equivalent to IIS manager (i.e. the main admin tool) for apache on windows server? and how can you get the version of apache installed, I have a software inventory of the server and it states Apache HTTP Server 2.2.11 , it is the only apache type product on the server I can see, so I presume this is apache web server 2.2?
