shared mailbox question

Hello Experts,

We do have an Exchange 2013 organization with 2 sites, multiple CAS servers behind a F5 and multiple mailbox servers in a cross DAG site

We hosted multiple shared mailboxes that are accessed by different groups and users in Exchange.

We would like to store the sent emails in the sent folder for the following shared email boxes. Currently the sent emails are not stored in the sent folder. Is there anyway to make this work?

You need to create a reg entry in user machine.
