shared mailbox question

Hello Experts,

We do have an Exchange 2013 organization with 2 sites, multiple CAS servers behind a F5 and multiple mailbox servers in a cross DAG site

We hosted multiple shared mailboxes that are accessed by different groups and users in Exchange.

We would like to store the sent emails in the sent folder for the following shared email boxes. Currently the sent emails are not stored in the sent folder. Is there anyway to make this work?

see below the email address that we would like to keep store in the sent folder

servicerequests@companydomain.com
customerservice@companydomain.com

Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to create a reg entry in user machine.

You can push it via GPO. However test it first and then you can plan to implement.
