Cisco WebEx Agent Reinstall

Had a problem with the WebEx agent so, I removed and tried to reinstall.  Says that it is already installed.  Searched for any left over files and removed them as well.   Downloaded a cleanup tool and ran.  Must be something in the registry that the installer is looking at.

Any thoughts?

It take some time but still this tool will help you cleanup the tool.
