I have a client whose e-mail is hosted by Office 365. Employee B is an assistant to Employee A. Employee B needs access to one sub-folder in Outlook of Employee A - the folders are nested a: Inbox > Clients > Levy (Levy is the folder Employee B needs access to). I have setup the sharing as detailed in this (and similar) articles:

Employee B can now successfully access Employee A sub-folder, however, no Employee B is receiving the following errors about every 5-10 minutes:
