Outlook Synchronization Errors

I have a client whose e-mail is hosted by Office 365. Employee B is an assistant to Employee A. Employee B needs access to one sub-folder in Outlook of Employee A - the folders are nested a: Inbox > Clients > Levy (Levy is the folder Employee B needs access to). I have setup the sharing as detailed in this (and similar) articles: http://www.msoutlook.info/question/access-or-share-non-default-outlook-folders

Employee B can now successfully access Employee A sub-folder, however, no Employee B is receiving the following errors about every 5-10 minutes:

8:32:07 Synchronizer Version 14.0.7160
8:32:07 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Employee B'
8:32:08 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Employee A- Inbox'

I have done some research but can't figure this out.

Any thoughts?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
