I need to write a single log file in a ssis package for any failure in the Lookup shapes

I have 3 look up tables arranged one after the other and finally connected to the destination table. I need to write a log file and Monitor file which can capture the failed messages and the unmatched output values.

I need that as a single log file and single Monitor file for all the 3 lookups.

How are you currently error logging this SSIS package?

Lookups have an 'No Match' precendence constraint, which allows you to send all rows that fail to match the Lookup to another destination.  Create a table to contain these rows, then in SSIS route your 'No Match' to that table in a destination.
