How to extract only the recent data from a source table in SSIS

I have a 'Modified Date Column' in  the source table and I need to extract the recent data

Recent data  - Data in the date between the recent execution of SSIS package to till date(Current execution date).

In your Source component you can write T-SQL to query your table, WHERE SomeColumn = ?
The ? is defined as the first parameter, which you can use a variable assignment to grab a specific date.
In your case, you're going to have to figure out how to store 'recent execution of SSIS package' somewhere in a table so you can grab it and use it in the above source.

'Current Execution Date' can use the package's OnStartup variable.
