ASP.net MVC -- url parameters, attirbute routing ?

My C# ASP.net framework 4.5 VisualStudio 2013 WebApp allows
http://localhost:5228/Home/Index/1234?LineNo=1&ReleaseNo=2
so all three textboxes on the page get automatically
filled with 1234, 1, and 2

How can I change to allow
http://localhost:5228/Home/Index/1234/1/2
to do the same thing ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Modify your route to something like:

[Route(Home/Index/{Id}/{LineNo}/{ReleaseNo})]

...where "Id", "LineNo", and "ReleaseNo" are equal in name to the variables you are using to capture the data submitted.
