Plus net router and port forwarding

Anyone managed to get the very latest of their routers (2704 I think) to work with port forwarding?
I can't get this one to work.  The old one was fine.
I'm port forwarding 5000 onto a symbology nas using no-ip service which is updating fine..

Thanks

Settings are under Advanced/Port Forwarding the presets work well so you could look through those to see if there's already a matching template. Manually editing a new profile is a pain though.  These are Sagemcom routers with bespoke firmware and have fairly limited functionality including with port forwarding you have to use the target machine's MAC not its host name.
You might be better getting a generic router modem, Plusnet are usually cool with that and copying the settings is simple enough.
