Windows 8.1 Logon Issue

We have an Asus laptop running Windows 8.1.  It was set up so that only one users logon screen appears - nothing else like power options, etc. shows on that screen.  We don't have that users password and we don't want to hack that account.  We want to logon as using the administrator account, but we don't know how to get other user's logon options to appear without first being able to log onto the laptop.  Is there a way?

The way I'm reading your question, the answer is no.  You either have to get that user's password or use a utility to blank it out.

There is no way to get another user's logon options to show when you log on with another account.
So that worked for you?

Yes, it did.  Thanks.
