Outlook 2010 - Delegate Scheduling Meetings Not Syncing With Calendar Owner Quickly

Hello Outlook/Exchange Subject Matter Experts!

We have a few admin assistance who is a delegate for many executives.  When admin assistant schedules a meeting on an executives calendar, it could a while until it syncs and shows up on the executive's Outlook Calendar.  Sometimes, it doesn't sync to the executive's calendar at all in Outlook 2010 or on the executives iPhone.

Any thoughts?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First update outlook SP level and latest hotfixes.
second try changing outlook cache/online mode and mean while check if OWA has latest infromation.

Thank you Amit.

Just curious - what did you mean by "check if OWA has latest information?"
Amit KumarCommented:
Open owa from Executive then go to calendars. Then right click on My calender there will be an option to add another calendar check if that is updating there. Because that is very real time update.

For outlook it depends on cache mode and online mode.

Hi Amit - Thank you again for your suggestions, but I have a few questions:

1. Try changing outlook cache/online mode.  - Should I try this on both the Admin Assistant and Executive's Outlook Client's?

Thank you!
