WSUS Setup with Group Policy

I am trying to figure out why my WSUS server computer groups are not moving computers via group policy?  If I understand this correctly, I have a GP that targets a specific OU in AD to a specific group in WSUS.  I can see the policies and their respective WSUS groups and all seems fine except when I move a few computers from an OU to my Test OU.  The Test OU corresponds to a target group in WSUS called Test Group.  When I move them to the Test OU, they do not show up in the Test Group no matter how many times I run gpupdate?  In the WSUS server, the computers memberships are set to use GP.  Any ideas?

i would first run rsop on one of the clients and verify the wsus settings are applying
if that looks good, i would run windows update and see if it goes through or gives any errors
you can also do (from elevated command prompt) wuauclt /detectnow and after a little while see if it starts reporting

Thank you Seth.  I guess it just took a while.  The computers are in the correct group this morning and we are set to deploy some updates scheduled for tonight.  I did run the rsop yesterday and saw that the policy was applying, so I guess I should have ran gpupdate /force instead, I don't know.  I guess the changes just weren't being picked up at the time?

Great advice to track down if the policy is being applied.  I think ultimately, it just took time to replicate.
