Exchange 2013 - Dynamic DL question

I'm not able to find how to amend membership to a Dynamic DL.

I can open the EAC and see that the Dynamic Distribution Group is at a particular OU.
I also can see it's filter settings:

((((RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox') -and (-not(CustomAttribute15 -like '*LegalHold*')))) -and (-not(Name -like 'SystemMailbox{*')) -and (-not(Name -like 'CAS_{*')) -and (-not(RecipientTypeDetailsValue -eq 'MailboxPlan')) -and (-not(RecipientTypeDetailsValue -eq 'DiscoveryMailbox')) -and (-not(RecipientTypeDetailsValue -eq 'PublicFolderMailbox')) -and (-not(RecipientTypeDetailsValue -eq 'ArbitrationMailbox')))

But when I follow the path OU in AD i can't get any properties on the 'msExchDynamicDistributonList' object.
Maybe this is normal?
I guess I can't figure out how to amend membership on this one.

Here's the AD object.
It tells me nothing.

You can't make any changes in the membership. You need to change the DL query based on your requirement.

So i have to amend the dynamic dl Filter?
It looks very broad, like it's going to capture almost everything.

or you can edit the recipients.

i.e: I have DDL which matches criteria like CustomAttribute1 = Sales

If I want to remove few users from DL, I can remove customattribute for those users.
