We have a Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 with a SHA-1 certificate.<br />
We can't upgrade the O/S at this time and we're constantly receiving <br />
alerts from the Certificate issuer about upgrading SHA-1 to SHA-2. <br />
Will SHA-2 certificate work with Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 ?<br />

SHA-2 on Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
