Linux dhcpd Fixed lease with different gateways

I need some help with configuring dhcpd to allow for leases to have different gateways. Basically I have some clients that i want to utilize the normal router gateway and a couple of other clients I want to use another PC as the gateway for vpn sharing. The vpn sharing PC would be the gateway for those clients. Basically one network, two different types of hosts with different gateways.

Host A would receive 192.168.1.1 as a gateway

Host B would receive 192.168.1.3 as a gateway
