Wordpress site is unavailable

Hi all, I have an issue where a Wordpress website has gone offline for some reason.  Nothing has been changed on the site for a while as it's not a blogging site but a website for a guest house.
I have access to the structure, it's running on a WHM as a package.   The package has enough free space, the DNS and registration are in place and current.
As mentioned, I can see the file structure via the cPanel and also the get into it via ftp.  One suggestion I followed off a search was to re-name the plugins folder via ftp and then try accessing it but this made no difference.
Checking “downforeveryoneorjustme.com” suggests this is not a local browser access issue or a problem with some DNS routing unfortunately.
I have contacted my hosting company, I have asked if they could take a look but doubt if they will be much help as the server is running fine and my other two sites are up.  I also asked if a roll back could be enabled but I am waiting to hear back.
Does anyone have any tips on troubleshooting the issue and getting this Wordpress site back online?
