Creating Android app from javascript web app

Hello, I created a simple webpage with javascript: it calculates the amount of brewer's yeast, water, salt, flour you need to make pizza.

It is here:
http://www.laconfraternitadellapizza.net/calcolapizza/

I'd like to set this up as a simple Android app (and eventually iOS).

So I was wondering, is there a way I can do this without having to spend months studying android app development?

Thanks.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Both Android and iOS are able to show your webpage exactly as you want it on a mobile or tablet with minimal changes. You basically design a very simple app that's nothing more than one line calling a webview (see it as a browser) with the correct url. Since your website is working, and it's based on JavaScript (which both Android and iOS have no problems with), you're about 95% ready to go.

Thanks. What would I use to design the app? Are there open source design tools or the like?

Yes, for both Android and iOS, there free official SDK's on their respective websites.
