I received a distress call from a student who is having the worst time resetting their gmail password.
I don't have all the details, but:
They received an authentication code, but were unable to apply it.
Tried several times to use the form to authenticate, but keep getting rejected.
Alternative email address just doesn't help.
I think that this requires some understanding human intervention. This is a horrible experience for the user.
Is there any help number that can be called?
