Graphics - jpeg format

I have Paintnet and I am trying to save a small passport size of a graphics picture of size 2x2 inches, in the lowest size jpeg format so that I could insert it into a Form in an Access database.  How do I do it.  Thank u.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open the image and crop to the portion you want to use in the final image, making sure that it is square by holding down the Shift key while making the selection.

select the Image menu ―> Resize option. In the Print size section, select 2" x 2" and press OK.

select the File menu ―> Save as option select .jpg from the list of file types and save image with a new name.Resize
