RSAT / WinRM - manage remote server

Most of info I get for the WinRm is to manage servers within the same domain.
I need to use the RSAT in order to manage servers located on separate physicals location & for different clients.
The first issue I am experiencing after installing the RSAT & launching the Server Manager on my desktop is:
"WinRM Negociate authentication error" when adding a server.

I kind of need a tutorial on how to set this up. Done a fair bit on Googling but no luck.

Any info on how to achieve what I am trying to do would great

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are all of the servers that you are trying to access part of the same Domain?
If so you can create a GPO that will apply the settings that are needed.

Not sure if you looked at any of the links I am posting below, but if not I would recommend reading through them.

This link will illustrate how to setup a GPO to configure computers for WINRM

This will walk you through enabling WinRM via a single command to setting up GPO

WinRM is enabled by default on Windows 2012, this GPO are useless.

This error maybe caused because workstation is not on same domain that server you are trying to access.
You can add a entry on trusted-hosts and get winrm access:
