iPhone 5 emails disappearing
Hi,
I have a user who has an iPhone 5 and says he sent three emails from his iPhone but yet they were not received nor do they appear in his sent items on his phone/outlook and do not appear under drafts or outbox....the email came from his Exchange 2010 Mail Account. I did a test and can see it working ok but is there any way to check logs for the two that went missing?

Look through the logs for the date (+- a day) for the email for the two emails supposedly received. If not in the log, they were somehow ditched prior to Exchange.
Have you tried EMC > tools > Message Tracking ?
Are emails flowing correctly other then these three items?

John, What logs do I need to examine? Yo_bee, they aren't showing in message tracking.
