How can I make a nested div that is has a set width to full width.

Hi Experts.

I have the following site that im developing in wordpress. http://limedev.co.za/asknativa/
You will see below the slider is an orange gradient image set as a background image. I would like that gradient banner set as full width - 100%. Currently it is constrained to 990px as it is within the container.

Is there anyway to get it to full width and the content below it to remain as is. I will be applying the same thing to the orange banner below that has - Download. How Can We Help and Knowledge Base.

Thank you.

To keep things responsive, I would make the outermost container fluid with a width of 100% and then restrict the child containers that you do not want full width to 990px within their CSS properties.

There is a way to change the width of the rows you want, but it involves an absolute positioning and it's not going to be an efficient or effective way to render the page.
