Install Xerox Printer on Apple

I Have laptop Mac pro Yosemite , i have tried to install Xerox Work center driver on it , but the install option the xerox application is Dem
and i am already Admin on the lap can u advise me please what is the reason

It's not clear what you mean by "Dem". Please explain.
All printer drivers are installed through Software Update on a Mac.

My Xerox Printer is Work center 7345 I have download the latest driver from http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-7328-7335-7345-7346/downloads/enus.html?associatedProduct=workcentre-7328-35-45-46-built-in-controller&operatingSystem=macosx1010&fileLanguage=en , but when i have tried to install it install option is not active

I have installed the driver successfully by doing the below but i have problem that all prinitng which i made done as black copy not color:
1- Choose add IP printer and write the IP
2- Choose Line Printer DAEMON protocol (When i choose Internet Printer Protocol IPP not working )
3- CHOOSE SOFTWARE AS ( GENERIC pcl DRIVER )

The install screen should look like the following. How much disk space do you have? Maybe you need to reset your SMC and PRAM.

Generic is what the Mac uses when you have no printer driver. You should Select your printer driver and find the Xerox WorkCentre 7345. You will then be able to set your printer preferences.
