Ipad sharing question
Hi, I am trying to figure out a way to mirror my iPad to my HDMI Samsung TV. I can't even figure out what version of the iPad I have. Don't see it anywhere. The model number is MF534LL/A and the Samsung TV IS UN55HU6840F. In all my research I find that everyone seems to have propitiatory ways of communicating with different devices such as Apple to Apple. Samsung seems to have align themselves with Galaxy products (maybe that is their own brand?)
Seems to me that there should be an HDMI Airplay (Apple software) adapter that would act like an Airplay receiver that you could connect to the Samsung TV and mirror what is on the iPad. Is there such a thing?

I read the Best Buy reviews and they all look great but no mention of Samsung TV. I'm going to go get one and try it out. I'll let u know.
See if they'll let you try it in the store.

Unfortunately, I did not mention that I wanted to do this wilessly. This cable requires that the iPad be connected to the TV. Sorry about that.

Thanks again
You have the new, smaller adapter connector.
I think this is what you are looking for.
