I've tried adjusting my monitor but to no avail.  I can't see the information on the incoming emails in the panel of the file I attached to my question.
I can read it as well.

Are you talking about the reading pane to show the body of the email?

You need to give us more information on what you are expecting to see.
Double clicking a message opens a new window?
I'm expecting to be able to read the email panel better - make the fonts larger or the print darker or both.

Don't know which version of Outlook this is exactly, there are versions that have a zoom slider in the lower right corner, I suppose you don't have that?
I'm talking about the panel that show the emails - I have an arrow pointing to in in the attachment.
That is pretty much static.  You can right-click on desktop, choose "Personalize", then click on "Display" and pick one of the radio buttons.

This will make everything on your screen larger.

The only other way to adjust that is to change your resolution or get a bigger monitor.

You are not going to be able to make that one column change in size.
is it ONLY that panel that you cannot read, or all panels?
Did you try the Windows high contrast theme?
I did - not much better.
