We have a Xenapp 6.5 farm. Users get the error &quot;Not enough memory to run Microsoft Excel. Please close other applications and try again.&quot; when they try to preview a excel file in Outlook 2013. PDF file, word file, image file previews are ok in Outlook. <br />

Same excel file can be successfully previewed on Outlook 2013 on a physical desktop.<br />

I have tried starting outlook in safe mode in Citrix and still get the same error. What else could i try?

We have a Xenapp 6.5 farm. Users get the error "Not enough memory to run Microsoft Excel. Please close other applications and try again." when they try to preview a excel file in Outlook 2013. PDF file, word file, image file previews are ok in Outlook. 

Same excel file can be successfully previewed on Outlook 2013 on a physical desktop.
