I am running IT support for a small business, There are two support staff, and around 80 users. I am looking for a simple, preferably free job ticketing and management application. Hosted online or in house are both fine.
Preferably something users can use to log their own tickets. Be nice if it is ITIL compliant, but anything that can keep track of incidents and projects better than an Excel spreadsheet would be of interest.
