Exchange SQL data via RSS

In a SQL Server database I have created a view which contains appointments for each employee.
I want to exchange this data so each employee will get a RSS update feed containing their appointments for a specific day in one feed.
Employee Start End Description Location for appointment
John Doe 2015-08-05 09:00 2015-08-05 10:00	Task 2 Street 1 1234 AA Amsterdam
John Doe 2015-08-05 10:00 2015-08-05 10:30	Task AB Way 1 2345 AA Utrecht
Mary Poppins 2015-08-05 09:00 2015-08-05 10:00	Task 3

Initiating the RSS will be done from within a Delphi application, where a user will enter a date (and optional a specific employee-ID) and RSS feeds will be created for all employees having appointments for given date.
Each employee will have it's own RSS feed location, so they will only receive their own appointments in their feeds.

Can anybody help me to set this up in an efficient way?

...and view is not recommend here, rather create procedure with input parameters and procedure will filter out data depending on it... then put all out to rss xml

@Sinisa Vuk: Can you explain why a view is not recommended here?

There are sites which describes differences like this or this one.
