Outlook keeps disconnecting in online mode

Dear Experts,

I'm having a weird problem. Let me explain my environment.

Exchange 2010 SP3 RU10, 20 CAS servers in this site, NetScaler Load Balancer. Outlook 2010 & 2013.

We have no problem with outlook cached mode (most of the time), but online and citrix users are keep disconnecting from the exchange server. No issues when we bypass the load balencer. No issues found in the RCA logs.

At this point captured the netmon from client and server end, and sent it to MS.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I remember something similar issue and what we found is the Load balancer having some packet size restriction. You might need to ask your HLB team to check, if there are any such restriction.

Hello everyone,

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. This issue stands resolved after we have changed the Load balancer  (from NetScaler to Cisco ACE). Citrix has confirmed that they have some bug with netscaler and that will be fixed in the next release.
